No, the mother will probably have problem with the baby later on or when it’s born also she could have a hard delivery to the baby.

No, the baby can no get drunk expecially since they are fully developed most of the time while growing in their mother. The alcohol does interrupt the babies growing process and can cause life long problem if they do not die form the alcohol.
