Mike put 319 baseballs into 11 trash bins. He put the same number of baseballs in each bin. He took 6 trash bins of baseballs to the baseball field. How many baseballs did Mike take?

if he had 319 base balls you need to find out how many in each bin. 
Divide 319 by 11.

319/11= 29

If he took 6 bins that 6x29=174 

He took 174 balls to the field
