I need some help please, What is a description of the Reconstruction Amendments and what did they do and what were they supposed do to produce equality between whites and blacks?
the Reconstruction Amendments were the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments. they were to make america a county that isn't half free and half slave, but a country that is guaranteed blessings or liberty.
