6 / 7 = 36 / 42 ;
But, 36 > 28 ;
36 / 42 > 28 / 42 ;
6 / 7 > 4 / 6 ;
6 / 7 is larger than 4 / 6 ;
4/6 and 6/7 can be compared using a common denominator. I use 42. In order to get from 6 to 42, I need to mutiply by 7. 4 x 7= 28. So 4/6=28/42. 7 x 6=42. 6 x 6= 36. 36/42 > 28/42, DEFINITELY!!!!!
