x^2 -15x +54 = 0 for you can factor it easy just you need getting two numbers with sum equal -15 and product equal 54 

-15= (-9)+(-6) and (-9)*(-6)= -54 in this way will get 

x^2 -15x +54 = (x-6)(x-9)
