My Concrete Desk Has A Scratch How do I remove it like whenever I put something heavy it scratches ? I don't know what to do

i think you’d have to paint protective layers on it or put glass on it but its not the best if ur clumsy cuz water could somehow find its way in or maybe fill the scratches with more concrete?
