The name of publication in which is produced by the government in means of covering debates that occurred in the congress is known as the congressional record. This is an official daily record in regards with the proceedings and debates that occur in the congress.
I believe the answer is: Congressional record

there are four sanctions in the congressional record the Senate section,the house section,  the Extensions of Remarks, and, the daily digest.
The proceedings and debates that happened in chambers would be written in the senate and house sanctions.
