It determines on what food they have there. If they have good customer service. Sometimes you can't go to restaurants because you just never have the time. It also depends on the vibes that you get from the restaurant. Sometimes the restaurant is packed. It depends on the workers mood. It depends on your mood. And lastly it depends on how expensive it is.
