The city-state of Athens introduces democracy in the Greek civilization in 6th B.C. Athens strongly inspired by democracy form of government. Athens democracy proposed voting rights, to choose or to replace the existing government. Athens introduce direct democracy which provided all Athenians to vote on rules and laws. Only male citizens allowed to vote because women, children, and slaves were not considered to be citizens of the city-state.
