we will take as x the width, then

P rect. = 2(A+B)

A = 2x + 8 | 2×x, because there is b twice less, and + 8, because there is at 8 longer

B = x

70 = 2(2x + 8 + x)

70-16 = 4x + 2x

54= 6 x

54/6 = 9 => B = 9; A = 2×9+8 = 26
