It is important to have colored women in charge is because you have to understand you always see whites in charge. Being a colored young lady my self its hard to grow up in a world that doesn't support us type of women just because of our skin color. Everyone should look at the clothes that we have on now, think about it, us colored people picked that with our bare hands and and it took a lot of work. Look at Michelle Obama, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, these woman are doing there own thing, being the boss they should be. So that's why us colored woman should be in charge.
