i have rounded a number to the nearest hundred and it equals 700 when that same number is rounded to the nearest thousand it rounds to 1000 what could that number be

650? Or either 600, but 650 is more reasonable I guess >.>

if ur. saying that 1000 needs to be rounded to the next thousand it would be 2000
