After Hitler was democratically elected Hitler blamed loosing World War 1 and the collapse of the German economy on the Jews and they were all at first sent to poor neighborhoods in Germany after Germany began invading Europe he sent his own Jewish citizens and citizens from Poland, Czechoslovakia, Norway, Netherlands. And anywhere else the Nazis invaded, into concentration camps and murdered millions of them.
