Atticus explains to Scout: “You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view.” Do you think this is wise advice? How does it pertain to Scout? How could it connect to us as modern day readers?

Respuesta :

It is an excellent advice, we always have to consider that the other person is different from us and has another way to think and feel.

From this lesson, Scout realizes that Miss Caroline has made honest mistakes with regards to the children, and it helps her understand Miss Caroline's behaviour.

If we don't have the ability to get into someone else's shoes, we will never understand its point of view.
