A train is 300 meters long. A tunnel is 2900 meters long. The train travels at 600 meters per min. How long is the time between the moment the front of the train enters the tunnel and the moment the end of the train exits the tunnel? Plz. Will give you 100 points

ANSWER: 5 minutes 20 seconds

WORK: entire train to get out of tunnel - 2900+300 = 3200 meters till it's out

at 600 meters per minute ...3200/600 = 5 1/3 = 1/3 of a minutes is 20 seconds
