Coffee Growers Inc agrees to ship a certain quantity of coffee beans with a total price of $1000 to Star Bakery Café LLC. Coffee Grower’s owner send an email with his electronic signature to Star Bakery indicating that the parties intended to form a contract. Upon arrival of the beans, Star Bakery refuses the beans indicating that there is no contract due to lack of signature on Star Bakery’s part. As a contract, the email will be sufficient
